    1. How to switch account?

    If you want to switch the account from Device A to Device B, make sure that both acoounts on both devices are bound with GameArk/Facebook/Google account. Follow the guide below:

    (1) Before switching, make sure the account on Device A has been bound with GameArk/Facebook/Google account, you can check it in “Bind Account”.

    (2) Make sure the account on Device B has been bound with GameArk/Facebook/Google account, you can check it in “Bind Account”.

    Notice:

    GameArk/Facebook/Google account that’s bound on Device B can’t be the same one that you bound on Device A because one device can only bind one account’s data.

    (3) When both accounts have bound with GameArk/Facebook/Google account on both Devices, you can switch account on Device B using the account you have bound on Device A.

    Notice:

    After the switch is done, if you want to switch back the account on Device B to Device A, you need to re-bind GameArk/Facebook/Google on Device to switch again.

    2. How to switch GameArk account?

    If you want to switch GameArk account from Device A to Device B,

    (1) You have bound the account with GameArk account on Device A.

    (2) You must have bound the account with GameArk/Facebook/Google account on Device B.

    (3) Click “Sign in with GameArk” in “Switch Account” on Device B, using the bound account on Device A, then click “Log in” to complete the switch.


    3. How to switch Facebook/Google account?

    If you want to switch Facebook/Google account from Device A to Device B,

    (1) You have bound the account with Facebook/Google account on Device A.

    (2) You must have bound the account with GameArk/Facebook/Google account on Device B.

    (3) Log in the Facebook/Google account that you have already bound on Device A both on Facebook App/Google Play and on Browsers on Device B

    (4) Click “Sign in with Facebook/Google” in “Switch Account” on Device B to complete the switch.


    4. Why after I switched the account to Device B, I have to bind an account on Device A if I want to play on Device A?

    When you switch your account C from Device A to Device B, account C on Device A is transferred to Device B, and there will be a new account D on Device A.

    Therefore, after the switching, the old device will create a new unbound account. Every time you want to switch account, bind accounts on both devices to switch it.
